Do I need prior somatic training?

No prior somatic certification is required. What matters is your capacity to hold depth, regulation, and responsibility in your existing practice.

What is the format of the 60-hour training?

•Pre-training online modules covering trauma, somatics, nervous system regulation, and the Reset Somatix™ methodology.

•Five-day immersive live training with practical demonstrations, facilitation practice, partner exercises, and group processes.

•Practitioner Workbook and Training Guidebook provided during the live training.

•Designed to support both personal self-development and professional application of the Reset Somatix™ method.

What ongoing support do I receive after training or certification?

Those who progress into professional certification pathways as Reset Somatix Practitioners may access:

• 3-Month Ongoing Journey — continued support as you work with clients and develop your practice
